"Sorry - went into 'Shi mode' for a moment there..."
"Yeah, that's understandable since you are half Shi," she laughed.
"I think I'm an either dark blue or forest green sorta guy." he smirked, pointing at the small splotches of color on his uniform, "And this is a more uplifting topic...what about you, Miss Cartwright?"
"Oh, the same. Everything in my wardrobe seems to be either forest green, dark blue or black." She smiled approvingly, "good choice of colours, Captain. I'd go for anything dark normally, apart from red and pink, ugh."

"Yeah, that's understandable since you are half Shi," "Glad to be off the hook, there." he smiled, leaning back in his spot slightly, relaxing his form.
"Oh, the same. Everything in my wardrobe seems to be either forest green, dark blue or black." She smiled approvingly, "good choice of colours, Captain. I'd go for anything dark normally, apart from red and pink, ugh." "The colors weren't my choice - they were already chosen by the time they finally got me to accept the job," the Captain shrugged, "But I'll take credit, anyway," Craig winked. "Reds are good for attention-needed signs, romance, and blood - but pink on the other hand," he shivered, "Something about it is just repulsive..." Craig admitted, "Made something pink traumatized me when I was small..."

"The colors weren't my choice - they were already chosen by the time they finally got me to accept the job," the Captain shrugged, "But I'll take credit, anyway," He winked. Evelyn rolled her eyes at him, "that is just so male."
"Reds are good for attention-needed signs, romance, and blood - but pink on the other hand," he shivered, "Something about it is just repulsive..." Craig admitted, "Made something pink traumatized me when I was small..."
Evelyn understood perfectly, "there was this rich couple and their kid who came to the orphanage once. The couple were nice, the kid however was a nightmare in pink, frill and glitter and all. Little pink frock and pink overcoat with glittery pink shoes and a hairband. She spoke to me because I was her age and all she really cared about was Barbie. She was there because she'd convinced her parents that she needed a sister. I'm glad it wasn't me!"
